After many years of playing with makeup and exploring the cosmetic world there are just some products that I have come across that I can not live with out. Here are my all time 5 favorite beauty products:
1. Erase Paste – Benefit
Anyone who watches my videos regularly can tell you this is my go to concealer. I swear by this concealer. I have tried different brands of all kinds from high end to drugstore concealers and none of them give me the same results. In my opinion, there is nothing better. The peach undertones in it make it the perfect concealer for neutralizing the gray in dark under eye circles and dark skin pigmentation (hyperpigmentation).
2. Better Than Sex Mascara – Too Faced
I usually tell people to invest in drugstore mascara because mascara has such a short shelf life. You are better off saving the money. But when it come to this Too Faced brand mascara, I don’t mind spending a little extra. Although, this mascara may not be better than sex, I would be lying if I didn’t tell you it works wonders. It always genuinely leaves me with thicker and fuller lashes.
3. Love Joy Blush – MAC Cosmetics
I’m always switching up my blush, but no matter what I always come back to this blush. It has been my favorite for over 4 years now. And it looks great on all skin tones.
4. #77 Black Gel Eyeliner – Inglot
OMGOSH! This gel eyeliner is everything. I have only tried Inglot’s Black Gel eyeliner, but I imagine their other 27 colors are just as pigmented as this one. This is the blackest smoothest eyeliner I have ever used. If you are into clean, rich black cat eyes, then this product is definitely for you.
5. De-Slick Oil-Control Setting Spray – Urban Decay
If you want your makeup to last all night then the best thing you can do is use a setting spray. I have been using this one for the past year and its great. I also have the MAC fix+ spray. Honestly, you save with the Urban Decay setting spray and it does the same job. My makeup never runs or smudges with it. And all my clients love it! Although, lately I’ve been planning on creating a DIY setting spray. Comment below to let me know if you are interested in seeing that kind of tutorial.
