EAT, PLAY, OOTD | Miami #2 – Stephanie Nadia

This EPOOTD is of my second day in Miami Beach. On Tuesday I released EPOOTD Miami Day 1. Make sure to take a peek at the amazing cage mesh dress I got from ASOS.

EAT & PLAY HIGHLIGHTS

For lunch we met up with fellow beauty vlogger Tracy Timberlake at Balans Restaurant. It was right on Lincoln road–a shopper’s haven. Their Baja Shrimp Salad was delish. I’m actually craving it now. Err.

Later on we decided to catch some #beachtime. I could spend hours laying in the sun and swimming in the ocean, except this time we were rudely interrupted by a jellyfish sting. OH MY GOSH, did that hurt! Fortunately, pouring vinegar on it reduced the pain and I was ready to go a few hours later.

For dinner we decided on Italian. Our friends highly recommended Macchialina. They were a bit pricey but definitely worth every penny! I’ve never tried polenta before, but their creamy polenta was AMAZING! For our entree we had the Short Rib Lasgna, and all I say is that it is the best lasagna I ever had! It was very flavorful and not too heavy. Macchialina also has a sister restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. So, you know I am going to check that out!

OUTFIT OF THE DAY

For my OOTD (outfit of the day) I went with fun and flirty. I also re-used most of my pieces from my previous OOTD. This was helpful when it came to packing light.

FLORAL CLUB L SKATER DRESS | ASOS

Once I saw the floral pattern on this dress I fell in love! Bold prints like this are great for making a statement. Skater dresses are the perfect cut because they are so flattering when it comes to curvy women. The deep plunge neckline is a nice touch (although, I do prefer a more modest look, so, I wore a black tank top from H&M underneath).

NEWBURY DOUBLE-ZIP SHOPPER | Ralph Lauren

Oh my gosh! This bag is everything! Ha. It is exactly what I have been looking for. It’s a beautiful sleek leather hand bag, with top leather handles and an adjustable shoulder strap. The neat part is its double zipper feature! It is two additional separate compartment perfect for organizing papers, documents, planners etc, while still having all your basic features in the regular compartment. It really is the perfect bag for travel.

WEDGE SANDAL | Calvin Klein $69.95 at DSW

These wedges are so comfy and stylish. I love the contrast of the leather and cork heel. The reptile texture and the gold accent of the buckles is what really makes these wedges unique–they are subtle, but beautiful design choices.
